Paycare - Care Advisory Service on all products from 1st January 2008.

Paycare specialise in the development and marketing of Hospital Cash plans. Their relationship with RED ARC dates back to April, 2002 when a specially devised care advisory service was developed in support of Paycare Gold, a plan specifically aimed at the Over 50s market.

The service for Paycare Gold proved to be a hugh hit with members, and in January 2006 the service was extended to Paycare's corporate portfolio. Here the emphasis is on supporting employees diagnosed with a serious health condition such as Cancer, Heart Attack and Stroke. The service is also triggered by in-patient stays over 10 nights, irrespective of the illness involved.

Paycare members enthuse about the extra support provided under their plan, and utilisation of the service is amongst the highest of all RED ARC's schemes. The service really does make a difference. So much so, that Paycare have decided to extend it to the final segment of their customer base - Paycare Direct - from 1st January, 2008. Then everyone will be able to benefit.
