RED ARC Assured

Independent Care Advisory Service

Our Services

Since RED ARC was established in 1998, we have developed a range of services that can either stand-alone or complement 'host' products, typically in the Life, Health and Protection Insurance sectors.

At the heart of the service is the realisation that when people have problems, often unexpectedly, they need guidance on what to do and where to go. This will often involve help navigating 'mainstream' services such as the NHS and Social Services.

These mainstream services invariably involve gaps in care, often in the 'softer' skills like time to talk to the patient concerned about cancer, or the elderly person worried about having to go into a nursing home.

RED ARC's ability to create services that make a difference for the customer means that you can be sure of high levels of utilisation. The value of our service is real, not just perceived.

Flexibility of service design enables us to respond to a wide variety of sponsor aspirations

   • to support and promote specific products

   • to differentiate service offerings

   • to appeal to different customer segments

and thus create real added value for the end-user consumer.

The Service Partners and Service Network sections of our website show how services are created through a 'mix and match' of provision designed to give the sponsor exactly what they are looking for. But one thing is consistent throughout, and that is the role of RED ARC's nurse case managers who act as the conduit for service provision. The case manager is the focal point for all dialogue with the user of the service, acting as a personal adviser and ensuring that individual users get the extra help they need to improve their quality of life.
