Service Network

When RED ARC was established in 1998 our focus was old age care, and we designed services around the prompt independent assessment of older people and their families' needs. To deliver consistently high standards anywhere in the UK we needed to partner with care organisations that could supply trained community nurses, speedily and efficiently.

Whilst old age care remains a core part of our activity, we were asked by various members of the Financial Services community if we could replicate that service delivery model to support Health and Protection products like Critical Illness. This caused us to extend the range of provider relationships, and the following schematic illustrates the breadth of RED ARC's involvement now as an Independent Care Advisory Service.

These relationships enable us to develop and refine services, mixing and matching building blocks to produce exactly what the 'sponsor' is trying to achieve. The model allows us to be responsive to needs across the Health and Protection spectrum, providing solutions at a strategic level or, more tactically, in support of a particular product line or customer segment.

Whatever service you would like to introduce for your customers it is likely that we will be able to design, price and deliver it very quickly.
