Welcome to PCS Care, the welfare advisory service provided for PCS members by RED ARC Assured Ltd.

PCS Care aims to help members and their families when they are faced with a serious health condition, or at the onset of a disability. This can be a very worrying time, a time when you need information, advice and, above all, emotional support.

The NHS and Social Services can focus on your treatment through its acute stages, but scarce resources mean limited time for you as a patient. Just when you need a listening ear, time to get worries and concerns off your chest, and emotional support that will help you and your family cope with what is invariably a difficult time. That is what PCS Care is all about.

This section on the RED ARC website has been specially put together to help you learn more about the service, understand whether you are eligible, and explain how you go about using it.
